My path to Reiki wasn’t conventional and didn’t come from a place of certainty. After years of navigating unresolved stress and chronic pain in my own mind and body, I heard about Reiki. Instead of going to a practitioner for treatment, I was pulled from within to enroll in training and begin a journey of self-practice. Quickly, I began noticing that something real was happening, even when I couldn’t fully explain it.
My approach is grounded, practical, and slightly playful. I don’t see myself as someone who heals you, rather I help resolve internal friction you can’t think your way out of. What I do is create the conditions for your energy and body to settle enough to do what it already knows how to do. When your system it's no longer overwhelmed or guarded, things begin to shift. Not because something is being fixed, but because there's finally space for clean movement again.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people experiencing stress, burnout, physical recovery, emotional overwhelm, and periods of transition. Many of my clients are working professionals who are capable and self-aware, and functioning in their day-to-day lives. They’re showing up, but something feels heavy, unclear, or stuck beneath the surface.
If you’re here, you’re likely not looking for something performative or abstract. You’re probably looking for something that actually feels different. That’s the space I work in.
My formal training reflects the same blending of practical and intuitive. I have been initiated and trained as a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master, and Holy Fire® III Second Degree Reiki Practitioner. In addition, I am certified as a 200hr Yoga Teacher, Integrative Life & Wellness Coach, EFT Practitioner, and have a background and full-time HR career in the corporate world.
